Dr. Irene Spates is well-established in Baltimore as a compassionate pediatric dentist who demonstrates integrity, trustworthiness, and transparency.
She is an active member of the MD Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey.
Following dental school, she completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at NYU Langone in Eastern Shore Maryland. Here, she received intense training in a full range of general dental care and advanced surgical procedures. She then received her pediatric dentistry certificate at University of Maryland, where she obtained specialty training treating infants, children, young adults and those with special healthcare needs.
Dr. Spates loves Baltimore! In her free time, she enjoys sailing along the harbor, kicking back at the Orioles Ballpark, and cheering on the Ravens at the stadium.

Dr. Robinson completed her undergraduate studies at Macalester College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduating, she completed advanced training in the Dentistry General Practice Residency program at BronxCare Health System in New York City.
Dr. Robinson is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist. She is dedicated to providing patients with comprehensive care based on their unique needs and treatment objectives. Getting to Sparkling Charms from Downtown Baltimore
Good news if you live or work Downtown. Our Federal Hill office is only 2.2 miles away and takes about 10 minutes even with city traffic. If you have driven through the Inner Harbor or along the waterfront before, you already know the roads that get you here. No highway, no tolls, no complicated merges with small children in the backseat.
From Downtown Baltimore, head south on Light Street. Light Street runs straight out of the city center and is one of the main corridors locals use daily. If you are coming from Midtown or Bolton Hill, work your way south through the city toward the Inner Harbor and pick up Light Street heading south from there. If you are closer to Jonestown or the Baltimore Convention Center area, cut across to Light Street and head south. The road is straightforward and well marked.
Follow Light Street south as it carries you past the Inner Harbor waterfront and transitions into Key Highway. You are now in South Baltimore and Federal Hill is right ahead of you. Stay on Key Highway for a short stretch and take a right onto E Fort Avenue. We are at 887 E. Fort Avenue on the left side of the street. You will see the practice just ahead.
Prefer an alternate route? You can take Key Highway the entire way from Downtown without touching Light Street at all. That route runs about 2.4 miles and adds less than a minute to the drive. Either way you are taking quiet city streets the whole way, which makes this one of the easiest drives to any dental office in Baltimore.
Once you arrive, do not worry about street parking. We have reserved spots on site specifically for families with small children. Pull straight in and walk through the front door. No meters, no circling the block, no stress before your appointment even begins.
