First Visit

Quick Links

At Sparkling Charms, we believe in creating a welcoming and informative experience for every family. Here’s what you can look forward to on your child’s first visit with us.

The initial appointment is focused on getting to know you and your child. We’ll discuss your child’s dental history, evaluate their current dental health, and explore various treatment options.

For a smooth and efficient consultation, please bring the following:

  • Any referral slips and previous dental X-rays, if available.
  • A list of medications your child is currently taking.
  • Information on any known allergies or medical conditions.
  • Medical or Dental insurance details for filing purposes.

In some cases, we can offer treatment on the same day as the consultation. However, more complex situations or specific medical histories might necessitate a detailed evaluation followed by a second appointment for treatment. It’s important to inform us about any significant medical conditions that might affect dental care, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart-related issues.

If your child has had dental X-rays in the last six months, you can have them sent to our office. If time is short, you can also bring them along to your appointment.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their appointments.

Should you have any questions or need more information about your first visit, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to make your experience at Sparkling Charms as smooth and comfortable as possible.
