Dr. Irene Spates DMD
Dr. Irene Spates is well-established in Baltimore as a compassionate pediatric dentist who demonstrates integrity, trustworthiness, and transparency.
She is an active member of the MD Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey.
Following dental school, she completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at NYU Langone in Eastern Shore Maryland. Here, she received intense training in a full range of general dental care and advanced surgical procedures. She then received her pediatric dentistry certificate at University of Maryland, where she obtained specialty training treating infants, children, young adults and those with special healthcare needs.
Dr. Spates loves Baltimore! In her free time, she enjoys sailing along the harbor, kicking back at the Orioles Ballpark, and cheering on the Ravens at the stadium.
Dr. Kheri-Ann Robinson DMD
Dr. Robinson completed her undergraduate studies at Macalester College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduating, she completed advanced training in the Dentistry General Practice Residency program at BronxCare Health System in New York City.
Dr. Robinson is a highly skilled and compassionate dentist. She is dedicated to providing patients with comprehensive care based on their unique needs and treatment objectives. Her patients appreciate her thorough, detail-oriented, and gentle approach. She is passionate about increasing access to healthcare in underserved communities and participates in a variety of community outreach programs.

Getting to Sparkling Charms from White Marsh
From White Marsh, our Federal Hill office is about 14 miles away and takes roughly 17 minutes without traffic. The good news is the route is simple. You are mostly on one highway the whole way down, so there is no weaving through side streets or second-guessing your turns.
Start by getting on I-95 South from White Marsh. Stay on I-95 South and follow it straight into Baltimore. The highway does most of the work for you. Once you get close to Baltimore, take the exit toward E McComas Street. Follow E McComas Street for about half a mile and it will bring you right to E Fort Avenue. We are at 887 E. Fort Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21230.
When you arrive, do not worry about finding street parking. We have reserved parking on site specifically for families with small children, so you can pull right in.
One thing to keep in mind: I-95 South includes tolls on this route. If you would rather skip the tolls, you can take I-695 East to I-95 South instead. It adds just a few extra minutes to the drive and gets you here the same way.
